摘要
我校地处偏远的地级城市,距离省会城市路程较远,暂时未参与省政府集中统一招标采购,现自行招标采购仪器设备。因此,我们在程序和制度上对大型仪器设备采购进行规范管理,使招标采购工作透明、公正、公开。
Longdong University is located in Qingyang City, which is far away from the provincial capital. At present, the university has not been listed in the provincial government procurement scheme. It makes its own decisions when the need arises for large apparatus and equipment. Because of this, the need for the establishment of a perfect equipment procurement system is urgent so that bidding can be conducted on an open and fair basis.
