摘要
目的探讨咪喹莫特对尖锐湿疣患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响。方法观察5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗前后尖锐湿疣患者外周血中IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4的表达水平及比值的变化,用流式细胞仪检测20例尖锐湿疣患者组5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗前后和20例正常对照组外周血CD4+T细胞IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4的含量。结果尖锐湿疣患者组治疗前IL-2、IFN-γ水平低于正常对照组(P<0.05),而IL-4表达高于正常对照组(P<0.05);尖锐湿疣患者组治疗后IL-2、IFN-γ表达高于治疗前,与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尖锐湿疣患者组治疗后IL-4表达低于治疗前与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论5%咪喹莫特通过增强机体细胞免疫应答而上调尖锐湿疣患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子的比值,发挥对尖锐湿疣患者机体的免疫调节作用。
Objective To explore the effect of 5 % imiquimod on Th1/Th2 cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with condyloma acuminatum（CA）. Methods Flow cytometry was employed to detect the levels of intracellular cytokines（IL-2, IFN-γ and IL-4） in CD4^＋ T lymphocytes in peripheral bloom of 20 controls and 20 patients with condyloma acuminatum before and after treatment with 5% imiqnimod. Results The levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in CA group were lower than that in control group before treatment（P〈 0.05）, but IL-4 levd in CA group was higher（ P 〈 0.05）. The levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in CA group after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment, but the level of IL-4 was significantly lower（P 〈 0.05）. The levels of IL-2, IL-4 and IFN-γ had significant difference between control group and CA group after treatment（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The 5 % imiquimod could execute immunological regulation by enhancing cellular immunity to up-regulate the ratio of Th1/Th2 cytokines in the peripheral blood of patients with eondyloma acuminatum.
