摘要
项目伙伴关系模式从产生到现在已有约20年时间,合同在项目伙伴关系模式的应用中有着重要的作用,有必要研究该模式下的合同形式。分析了工程项目伙伴关系的3种合同形式,提出了对项目伙伴关系合同形式的建议。
It is about twenty years since project partnering model came into being. The contract plays an important role in the application of project partnering model, so it is necessary to study the contractual form in this model. This paper comes up with three contractual forms in project partnering, analyzes them respectively, and gives suggestions to them at last.
