摘要
针对BOT项目融资模式的特点,在分析了项目合作伙伴关系模式具有的优势的基础上,阐述了BOT项目采用项目伙伴管理模式进行管理的可行性。研究了BOT项目利益相关者合作伙伴关系模式的运作过程,以期对BOT项目进行科学的管理,使项目参与方的各利益相关主体充分信任和合作,达到共赢的局面。
In view of the characteristics of the BOT investment mode,based on the analysis of the advantages of the partner mode,the article proposes the feasibility of managing by the partner mode and the operation process of it,in order to realize the scientific management and gain the trust and cooperation between the participants of the interest-related subjects.
