氯化钙改性沸石处理高含氟废水的研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文采用静态吸附法研究了氯化钙改性沸石处理模拟铝型材厂含氟工业废水的除氟性能;研究了pH值、沸石用量、接触时间等因素对改性沸石除氟的影响。结果表明:氯化钙改性沸石对高浓度的含氟工业废水除氟效果明显,最大除氟容量3mg/g,除氟率93%以上,反应4h单位质量改性沸石除氟量达到平衡除氟容量的85%以上,氯化钙改性沸石由沸石孔吸附和沉淀反应共同作用除氟。 Based on the experiments of static adsorption, this paper studied removing fluoride performance of treating industry wastewater containing fluoride from simulating aluminum industry, by CaCl2-modified zeolite. Meanwile the influence of pH, adsorbent dosage and contact time on removing fluoride by modified zeolite were discussed. The results showed that the effect treating higher fluoride content industry, wastcwater by CaCl2-modifled zeolite was obvious, and the most capacity of fluoride removal could reach 3mg/g, the rate of fluoride removal over 93%, The amount removing fluoride of modified zeolite per unit mass was over 85% of balance capacity for four hour's reaction, The principles of fluoride removal by CaCl2 -modified zeolite was the adsorption ofzcolite's and reaction precipitation togcther.
