摘要
利用湖北省通山县天然高纯石英为原料,通过水淬、粗磨、酸洗、球磨成功制备出超细硅微粉。在硅微粉产品制备过程中提出一种新的球磨工艺和设备,采用聚氨酯球磨罐、氧化锆陶瓷球作为球磨设备,使用酸性溶液作为球磨介质,有效降低了球磨生产工艺的生产成本硅微粉产品Fe2O3≤40μg/g,达到电子行业标准对硅微粉的技术指标要求。
The superfine silica powder had been prepared by water hardening, coarse grinding, pickling and ball milling using quartz of Hubei Tongshan. A new technology of ball milling had been put forward. Wecused polyurethane pots and zirconia balls as equipment and acid solution as medium so that the cost was effectively decreased. In the silica powder, Fe2O3 was less than 40μg/g, which reached the standards of the electronics industry.
