脱氢表雄酮诱导大鼠多囊卵巢综合征的研究 被引量:3

摘要 探索用脱氢表雄酮(dehydroepiandrosterone,DHEA)诱导雌性大鼠建立多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)模型的方法。采用性成熟雌性SD大鼠20只,随机分为两组,其中试验组10只,腹腔注射DHEA 6 mg/100(g.d-1);对照组10只同时注射生理盐水。试验中每天用阴道涂片法进行发情鉴定,31 d后分别称取大鼠的卵巢、子宫、肝脏、肾和脾的重量,并对卵巢做石蜡切片观察。结果表明试验组大鼠的发情周期严重紊乱,卵巢呈多囊样病变,而对照组正常;对照组和试验组在肝重上差异极显著,且卵巢出现了异常的多卵母细胞卵泡现象。 The objective of the present study was to establish a female rat model ot polycystic ovartan syndrome (PCOS) by using dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA). Twenty mature female SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: the control and experimental groups. The experimental group was induced by daily intraperitoneally injection of DHEA at 6 mg/100 g/d. The control group was injected with physiological saline. During the experiment, the estrous stages were identified daily by vaginal swears. After continuous treatment for 31 days, the weights of ovary, uterus, liver, kidney and spleen were measured and ovaries were used for histological observations. The results indicated that estrous cycles in the experimental rats were highly disturbed and polycystic ovaries were appeared. The liver weights in experimental group were significantly higher than that in control and the multiooeyte follicles (MOF) were appeared in the experimental group.
