摘要
目的:探讨复发性腹股沟疝再手术临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析38例(40侧)复发性腹股沟疝再手术临床资料。结果:2例复发疝再次复发,复发率5.3%,阴囊水肿2例,发生率5.3%,切口感染1例,感染率2.6%,术后切口区疼痛轻微。结论:无张力疝修补可有效降低复发性腹股沟疝再复发率,术区疼痛轻,阴囊水肿发生率低,恢复快,是目前较为理想的复发疝修补方法。
Objective ：To explore the therapeutic efficacy of recurrent inguinal hernia.Methods ：All 38 patients with recurrent inguinal henaia treated with hernioplasty were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Recurrence was found in 2 cases （5.6%）. 2 cases （5%） were complicated with scrotal hydrecele 1 eases（2.5%） suffered from ineisional infection. All cases sensed slight pain or less pain. Conclusion：The hemioplasty for recurrent inguinal hernia has the advantages of low recurrence,low seretal hydrecele,low incisional rate,less postoperative pain, simple performance, and goodtherapeutic effect. It is a suitable hernioplasty for recurrent inguinal.
