摘要
目的总结探讨成人腹股沟疝治疗的新术式；疝环充填式无张力修补的安全性及有效性；术后常见并发症发生的原因和防止措施。方法回顾性分析106例成人腹股沟疝无张力修补手术的临床资料。结果1例疝复发，复发率为0．9％；术后切口区疼痛轻微；切口感染2例，感染率为1．5％；阴囊血肿1例，发生率为0．9％。结论新术式手术后疝复发率和切口疼痛发生率低。
Objective To sum up and discusse the new technique type about the adult inguinal hernia： the security and the validity of ten - slon - free hernioplasty; the common complication occurs the reason and prevents the measure. Methods The clinical material of 269 tension - free hernioplasty about the adult inguinal hernia were summarized and reviewed. Results 2 esamples recudesce , recrudescent rate is 0.7% ; after operation cuts ache is slight ;4 examples infect, the infetion percentage is 1.5% ;the hematocele have 3 examples, the formation rate is 1. 1%. Conclusion The recrudescent rate and cuts ache of tension - free hemioplasty is low.
