开书型骨盆骨折外固定支架固定的生物力学研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨治疗开书型骨盆骨折常见的外固定支架固定的方向进行生物力学比较,为临床选择最佳的固定方向提供理论依据。方法:对5具开书型骨盆骨折模型,不同方向外固定架固定后,进行生物力学测定。结果:外固定支架固定方向与骨盆入口平面平行时,骨盆的生物力学稳定性最好,与其他方向有显著性差异。结论:骨盆外固定支架固定开书型骨折时,外固定支架固定的方向与骨盆入口平面近似平行时固定效果最好,骨盆的生物力学最为稳定。 Objective:To provide the theoretical basis on selecting optimal fixing direction in the treatment of open book pelvic fracture according to biomechanical comparison in different fixing direction of pelvic external fixator. Methods:The models of open book pelvic fractures were fixed by pelvic external fixator in different fixing direction, which were used for biomechamics determination. Results:When fixing direction of pelvic external fixator was paralleled with the plane of superior aperture of the pelvis, the pelvic stability was a significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Fixing direction of the pelvic external fixator in the treatment of open book pelvic fracture was paralleled with the plane of superior aperture of the pelvis, Its fixing effect was the best.
