摘要
对国产高纯Ａｌ箔在电化学腐蚀扩面前进行碱洗是必要的。采用恰当的碱洗工艺，可以提高腐蚀Ａｌ箔的静电比容约１０％。
Alkaline washing before electrochemical etching is necessary for high purity Al foil made in China.With the technology, the specific capacitance of etched Al foil will increase by about 10%.
