摘要
农技服务体系建设完善与否是社会主义新农村建设的重要标志,也是"科教兴农"战略的重要组成部分,特别是对农业自然条件差、农业基础相对薄弱、经济欠发达的河西走廊来说,农技服务在推动农技成果转化中显得尤为重要。运用SWOT分析理论对甘肃省河西走廊农村科技服务体系现状进行剖析,提出了几点对策与建议。
Whether the construction of rural science and technology service system is perfect or not,is the important sign of new socialist countryside construction,is also an important part of the strategy of prospering agriculture with sciences and education,especially concerning the gansu corridor with relatively weak agriculture foundation and an underdeveloped economy,rural science and technology service is very important to promote achievement transformation.The current status of rural science and technology service system in the gansu corridor was analyzed by SWOT analysis theory,some countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
