摘要
以基于神经网络的专家系统理论为基础,建立了一套基于神经网络的故障诊断专家系统(NNES)的模型,并提出了系统各组成部分的结构和设计方法;在系统软件设计方面,利用VB6.0可视化编程语言,并以人机交互的方式,直观地帮助用户进行系统的故障检测和故障诊断,从而解决了以往软件出现的许多问题,并给出了软件关键部分的实现方法;通过以自动装弹机的旋转输弹机电气系统的故障诊断为例进行实验,从而验证了系统的可行性;此外,系统还可对自动装弹机程控盒的技术性能进行检测。
Base on The theory of combining neural network and expert system, the neural network expert system is built up, and then the structure and design method of this system is put forward. At the part of software, by using Visual Basic 6. 0 and the way of human-- computer interaction helps the user detect and diagnose the faulty visually, so this system solves some problems which appear in foretime, and some key parts of the software are given. Get the auto - loader's electrical control system's fault detection as a example to test, which has proven this system's feasibility. Besides, this system also can test the program control box.
