摘要
通过对合肥学院电子信息与电气工程系127名大学新生心理健康状况的调查,发现大部分的新生心理是健康的,但仍有部分新生的心理健康存在不同程度的问题。因此,高校应构建合理有效的心理健康课程教育体系,对大学新生积极开展心理健康教育,宣传心理健康知识,培养健康人格,有针对性地开展心理咨询,帮助他们尽快地适应大学生活。
The results of the survey of psychological status of 127 freshmen from the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering of Hefei University indicate that the majority of the subjects are psychologically healthy, but some of them have some psychological trouble. An effective and feasible education system of psychological health should be constructed, including providing freshmen with psychological health education and spreading knowledge on psychology and fostering them with healthy and normal character as well as unfolding consultation which will be made a point of revolving the freshmen＇s quick adaptation to university.
