摘要
本文介绍比色法测定糖化酶活力新方法。糖化酶水解淀粉产生葡萄糖，生成的葡萄糖与３，５—二硝基水杨酸钠盐（ＤＮＳ）作用，发生颜色改变，颜色变化的多少与葡萄糖含量成正比。因此糖化酶水解液与ＤＮＳ反应后，在５５０ｎｍ处测定吸光度，由吸光度看出葡萄糖含量，并计算出糖化酶的活力。比色法简单、快速，准确度和标准法相当，是仪器分析测定糖化酶活力的理想方法。
