摘要
本文研究了钪-偶氮氯膦Ⅲ-溴化正辛基吡啶三元体系的光度特性,并确定了以α型钪配合物进行测定的最佳条件。配合物的最大吸收位于700nm,其表观摩尔吸光系数为2.25×10^(-4) L.mol.cm^(-1)。该体系与无溴化正辛基吡啶的二元体系相比,灵敏度、选择性和显色酸度均有较大提高,据此提出了測定钪的新方法,用于铁基等合成试样中钪的测定,结果满意。
The photometrie character of a ternary system for scandium-chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ-n-octylpyridinium bromide has been studied. The optimum conditions have been investigated for determination of scandium as α- type complex. The absorption maximum of the complex is at 700 nm with apparent molar absorptivity 2.25×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The system is of higher sensitivity and selectivity. and requires higher acidity for colour reaction than binary system without n-octylpyridinium bromide. The new method for determining Sc is proposed and has been applied to synthetic samples of iron base alloy.
