摘要
工业水解淀粉用于运动发酵单胞菌的酒精发酵,其结果与15%和20%葡萄糖的发酵结果相近似,酒精终浓度可达9%,发酵周期为70h,发酵过程中,以24~48h期间内产酒精速度最快。
In this paper a study on effects of starch-hydrolysate on ethanol formentation of zymomonas mobilis was reported. In experiment, we found that the starch hydrolysate could be used by Z. mobilis as well as 15% and 20% glucose. The final concentration of ethanol products was over 9% within 70 h. The result also showed that, in 24~48h, there was a high rate of ethanol production. All these suggest that it is possible to use starch hydrolysate instead of glucose for ethanol formentation by Z. mobilis.
