摘要
近年来行动研究备受国内外教育学者的关注。在我国新课程改革的背景下,行动研究作为一种研究方式,更是被看作教师参与课程改革的有力工具而得到广泛提倡。然而在实践中,教师的行动研究正不断遭遇各种困难。从教师自身和外部两个角度分析教师在行动研究各个步骤中遇到的障碍,可以帮助我们深化对行动研究的认识,为行动研究在教育实践中的有效开展提供参考。
Action Research has been focused on by scholars at home and abroad in recent years. In China with the background of new curriculum reform, action research, as a method of research, is being advocated widely for its function in teachers' participation. However, in the practical situation of China, various difficulties are now being encountered by teachers. By analyzing barriers in each stage of doing action research from internal and external factors of teachers, we can understand the difficulties with action research, improving its application in educational practice.
