摘要
本文初步归纳了在社会主义市场条件下我国亏困企业的一般特征，对亏困企业的成因作了较详细的分析，并讨论了扭亏及解困的对策。
This paper summarizes the general features of chinese enterprises with loss and difficulties under the circumstance of socialist market economy The cause of formation for enterprises with loss and difficulties is analysed in detail,and the strategy for making up deficits is dissussed
