摘要
民营企业的崛起和发展促进了我国经济的繁荣，然而，民营企业在融资方面却遇到了很大的困境，渠道单一，融资金额过少，融资条件苛刻，使得很多民营企业的发展出现瓶颈。本文针对民营企业融资困境的现状、成因，提出一些解困的对策。
Today, privately—runned enterprises amounts to 99% of the total number of Chinese enterprises. The rise and growth of privately-runned enterprises has contributed greatly to the prosperity of China＇s economy, however, these enterprises are frequently troubled by the predicament in financing, bottlenecked by the narrow channel, small amount in raising fund and the strict conditions on financing. This paper gives some countermeasures to help enterprises find a way out of their predicament.
