摘要 通过向聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)包装瓶再生料中添加玻璃纤维与扩链剂,提高了再生PET熔体的粘度,解决了挤出造粒过程中断流的不稳定现象。玻璃纤维的加入使再生PET注塑时的结晶速度大大提高,缩短了模塑周期。同时研究了不同增韧剂POE-MAH与SEBS-GMA的添加量对PET聚酯冲击韧性的影响。制得了缺口冲击强度不小于15kJ/m2的汽车内饰件专用料。 The problem of interruptions instability in the process of extrusion granulation has been solving by increasing the renewable melt viscosity by adding glass fiber and chain extender to the renewable PET(polyethylene terephthalate) extrudata. Glass fiber in renewable PET,greatly accelerate the rate of crystallization which can shorten the molding cycle when injection. And the effect of adding amount on the anti-impact performance has been studied by adding SEBS-GMA and POE-MAH to the renewable PET. The appropriative materials used of interiors in automobile which notch impact strength≥15 kJ/m^2 was prepared.
