苯甲酸钠对PET结晶成核的影响 被引量:7

摘要 本文的研究工作表明,在苯甲酸钠与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的熔融共混体系中,PET的冷结晶峰温、结晶度均与苯甲酸钠的颗粒拉径及多少无甚关系,而与苯甲酸钠的分子数目有关,增加苯甲酸钠含量,PET分子量有所下降。原子吸收光谱分析结果显示至少65%的钠离子转化成了PET的钠盐,与共混挤出时间有关。萃取前后PET的DSC分析表明主要影响PET结晶性能的是苯甲酸钠与PET反应生成的PET钠盐,而非苯甲酸钠本身。 PET formulations containing small amounts of sodium benzoate were prepared by extrusion from melt. In the presence of sodium benzoate with various particle diameter and content, it has been stated that the T∝, the peak temperature value of cold crystallization, the crystallinity and decomposition of PET are dependent on the molecular numbers of sodium benzoate, not the particle diameter and the grain numbers. The increase of the content of sodium benzoate can decrease the peak temperature value of cold crystallization and crystallinity of PET. The molecular weight of PET cuts down with the increase of the content of sodium benzoate and the extrusion time. Atomic absorption showed that at least 65% of initial sodium ions take part in the reaction with PET and become PET-sodium salt. DSC analyses of PET before and after extracting the reaidual sodium benzoate showed that the main effect on PET crystallization is from PET-sodium salt, not sodium benzoate itself. Homogeneous nucluation was thought dominative.
