摘要
从高斯光束复参数的三角形式和菲涅耳数出发,利用复数分式线性变换方法推导出高斯光束变换的类几何光学公式和焦移公式.分析像散椭圆高斯光束的传输变换特性,推导出半导体激光束的像散校正与旋转对称化变换公式.修正和扩展了某些文献中的表达式.设计了半导体激光水准仪的光学系统.
Starting from the triangle form of complex parameter and Fresnel number of Gaussian beams,the method of complex fraction linear transformation is employed,the focal shift formula and similar geometrical optics fomulas of Gaussian beams transformation is derived.In view of the above,the transformation properties of astigmatic elliptic Gaussian beams are analysed overall,the exact formulas of correcting astigmatism and rotary symmetrize transformation in semiconductor laser are found.Some expressions modify and expand the expressions of some references.The optics system of semiconductor laser surveyors level is designed.
