摘要
对半导体激光准直变换、能量耦合、整形的方法等进行了研究分析,提出了条形半导体激光器准直变换的处理方法,设计了半导体激光测距准直天线。分析计算表明,采用扩束透镜与棱镜对准直可以将输入参数为发散角10°×40°,发光面100μm×1μm的典型半导体激光束,变换为发散角在1mrad以内的准直光束。
The methods for the collimating transform,shaping and energy copling of the Laser Diode (LD) beam is studied,including that a calculating approximation method of strip - geometry laser applied is put forward,and an emitting antenna of strip -geometry laser for ranging is designed,The analyzed results of collimating antenna shows that the LD divergence of the typical parameters of divergences of 10°×40° and luminous surface sizes of 100μm×1μm can be compressed to smaller than 1 mrad.
