摘要
以硅丙乳液为基料,以APP、MEL、PER、CP-70、Sb2O3为膨胀阻燃体系,以钛白粉及其它水性色浆为颜料,在多种助剂及添加剂的配合下,制备的膨胀型饰面防火抗菌涂料物化性能达到或优于国家标准要求,防火性能达到一级标准,装饰效果好,涂膜兼具释放负离子、抑菌抗菌、清新空气等功能。
Expansion fireproof antibacterial facing paint is prepared by taking silicone-acrylate emulsion as base material, APP, MEL,PER, CP-70 and Sb2O3 as expansion flame retardant system, titanium white powder and other aquosity color paste as pigment,mixed with a variety of auxiliary agents arid addition agents. Its physical and chemical properties are up to or over the requirements of the State standard and flame resistance reaches the first grade standard. It has good decorative effect and functions of film paint,release negative ion, bacteriostasis and antibiosis,pure and fresh the air.
