摘要
选用硅丙乳液为成膜基料,以多聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺组成膨胀阻燃体系,由氯化石蜡和Sb2O3作为协同阻燃剂,采用正交设计实验法,研究了阻燃体系中各组分的最佳配比,对防火涂料的技术性能进行了检测。阻燃体系中各组分的最佳配比为:聚磷酸铵24g、聚三氰胺14g、季戊四醇10g、三氧化二锑4g、氯化石蜡4g,制备的防火涂料耐燃时间可达30min。
The expansive fire-retardant system based on the silicone-acrylate emulsion as the film fundamental material is composed of ammonium polyphosphate,pentaerythritol and melamine,chlorinated paraffin and Sb2O3 as synergistic flame-retardant, The optimum formulation of the flame retardant system is studied using orthogonal experiment design and testing the technical performance of flame retardant coatings. The optimum formulation of flame retardant system as follows: ammonium polyphosphate 24 g, melamine 14 g, pentaerfthritol 10 g, Sb2O3 4 g, chlorinated paraffin 4 g. When using optimal formulation,the Fire - retardant time of fire coating is up to 30 min.
