对氨基苯甲醛聚合物的合成及性能表征 被引量:3

摘要 以对硝基甲苯为原料制备对氨基苯甲醛,采用恒电流电化学聚合法制备对氨基苯甲醛聚合物膜,并对聚合得到的聚合物膜进行了粘结力性能、抗腐蚀性能以及电学性能测试.结果表明:经恒电流法得到的对氨基苯甲醛聚合物膜均匀、致密、光滑、平整,具有一定的导电性和抗腐蚀性能,与不锈钢的结合力好于环氧树脂. 4-Aminobenzaldehyde is made using 1-methyl-4-nitrobenzene as a raw material, and the polymer of 4-aminobenzaldehyde was prepared by using the galvanostatic method. The polymer films function of cohesive force performance, corrosion resistance and electrical performance is tested. The test shows that the polymer of 4-aminobenzaldehyde has a certain conductivity and corrosion resistance, and the combination of stainless steel is better than the epoxy resin.
