摘要
通过N,N-二取代苯胺的酰基化反应,以高收率合成了三种用于制备腙类空穴传输材料的重要中间体,2-甲基-4-(N,N-二苄基)氨基苯甲醛、2-甲基-4-(N-乙基-N-苄基)氨基苯甲醛和4-(N-乙基-N-苄基)氨基苯甲醛,收率分别达99.2%、92.9%和94.8%,高效液相色谱纯度99.2%以上。通过官能团鉴定、紫外吸收光谱、红外吸收光谱、质谱以及元素分析等对产物的组成和结构进行了鉴定。
Three important intermediates for the preparation of hole transport materials were synthesized by the acylation of N, N-disubstituted aniline. 2-Methyl-4-dibenzylaminobenzaldehyde, 2-methyl-4-(N-ethyl-N-benzyl) aminobenzaldehyde and 4-(N-ethyl-N-benzyl) aminobenzaldehyde were obtained with the yields of 99.2%, 92.9% and 94.8%, respectively. The purity of compounds analysed by HPLC was over 99.2%. The composition and structure of the products were determined by tests of functional group, UV, IR and MS.
