摘要
目的总结高血压脑出血的术后护理方法。方法回顾性分析65例高血压患者术后的护理要点,包括病情的观察,血压的控制,呼吸道、消化道的护理以及康复指导等内容。结果65例患者中术后死亡6例,5例未愈而自动出院,其余患者均治愈出院。结论严密的病情观察,控制患者的血压,做好引流管、呼吸道及消化道的护理,同时加强患者的康复指导等护理措施有利于提高患者的治愈率,降低病死率、致残率,提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the method for postoperatively nursing patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method The key points for nursing 65 hypertensive patients after operation were summarized including observation of patients, control of blood pressure, nursing of respiratory tract and alimentary tract and rehabilitation instruction. Result Of all the patients , 6 died, 5 quitted and left voluntarily, and the rest patients were recovered and discharged postoperatively. Conclusion Strict observation of patients, good control of blood pressure, careful nursing of drainage tube, respiratory tract and digestive tract, and enhanced rehabilitation instruction are helpful to increase the cure rate, reduce mortality rate, disability rate, and improve patients＂ quality of life.
