摘要
目的探讨老年高血压患者临床护理对疗效的影响。方法将我院2009年1月至2010年1月收治的101例老年高血压患者随机分为观察组和治疗组,其中观察组51例,对照组50例。观察组在药物治疗的同时在饮食、心理、运动、服药等方面给予系统的护理指导,而对照组不予实施系统的护理指导,6个月后进行随访。结果观察组的患者在经过系统的护理指导后其生活习惯以及服药依从性明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理系统的护理指导可以有效提高老年高血压患者的服药依从性,使其养成健康的生活方式,对高血压的控制有很好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the Clinical care in elderly hypertensive patients on the therapeutic effect.Methods 101 elderly hypertensive patients which were treated in Hospital in 2009-01 to 2010-01 were randomly divided into two groups,51 cases of the observation group,50 patients of the control group.Observation group,while in the drug treatment given to diet,psychology,exercise,medication and other aspects of care and guidance,Implementation of the control group no patient education system,were followed up after 6 months.Results The observation group patients through the care system after their habits and guidance of drug compliance was higher than control group,the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Reasonable care system can improve the Medication compliance of elderly hypertensive patients,to develop a healthy lifestyle,control of hypertension with good results.
