摘要
目的探讨中国16家三甲综合医院ICU护士专业核心能力的现状。方法研究对象为中国北京、广州、济南、合肥、西安、南京、南昌、南宁、兰州等16家三甲综合医院ICU的632名护士。研究工具包括一般资料调查问卷和ICU护士专业核心能力调查表。结果ICU护士的专业核心能力得分均值为(2.34±0.61)分;ICU护士是否曾接受ICU专业培训、不同ICU培训级别、不同ICU培训时间在专业核心能力水平上的比较,差异有统计学意义。结论应针对ICU护士核心能力,制订有效的干预措施。在提高ICU专业核心能力与专业培训的干预措施中,重视系统性、规范化,以提高其专业核心能力。
Objective To investigate the status quo of professional core competencies of nurses in ICU. Method Data of the general information on professional core competencies were collected by using general information questionnaire and professional core eompetencies questionnaire among 632 ICU nurses from 16 top-level and first-class general hospitals in China. Results The average score of professional core eompeteneies of ICU nurses was 2.34 ± 0.61. There were statistical differenees between the ICU nurses with and without ICU professional training, between those with different level ICU training, and between those receiving ICU training at different time. Conclusion Effective interventions in the professional core eompeteneies and the corresponding training for ICU nurses should be developed in a systematic and standardized way to enhance their professional core eompeteneios.
