摘要
随着经济全球化的发展,产业集聚开始成为经济发展的主流。一些国家经济发展以及我国沿海地区经济发展的经验表明,产业集聚与跨国公司投资的关系越来越密切,跨国公司的确能够成为地区产业集聚发展的主要推动力和增长极。通过对英特尔投资与大连IT产业集聚问题的分析,证实了大连成为中国、亚洲IT产业集聚中心的现实可能性以及大连IT产业集聚的路径选择的正确性。
With the development of economic globalization, industrial clustering has become the mainstream of economic development. The economic development experience from Some of the country and the coastal areas of our country shows that centralized industries has close relationship with investment from multinationals, TNCs can indeed become the main promoters and growth pole of industrial clustering and development of a region. In this paper it is demonstrated that Dalian has the real possibility of becoming IT industry gathering centers in China and Asian because of INTEL investment and how Dalian should choose the path of IT industry clustering.
