摘要
苯酚氧化羰基化合成碳酸二苯酯(DPC)是目前合成DPC最有发展前途的方法之一。深入了解其反应机理,对催化体系的开发以及工艺条件的优化具有重要的理论指导意义。本文对近年来氧化羰基化一步合成碳酸二苯酯的各类催化反应体系的反应机理进行了综述,指出CO的活化是该反应的关键步骤,文中论述了CO的活化机理及过渡金属催化剂的催化作用,为进一步的研究工作提供理论参考。
The synthesis of diphenyl carbonate (DPC) by oxidative carbonylation of phenol is a promising method for synthesizing DPC. It has sufficient theoretical meaning in exploitation more perfect catalysts and optimum operation condition. In this paper, by deep understanding of the mechanism, the mechanisms of several system of catalyst reaction about the one-step synthesis of diphenyl carbonate (DPC) by oxidative carbonylation of phenol in resent years are summarized. It indicates that the key procession of this reaction is the CO activation. The mechanisms of CO activation and the catalysis of the transition metal catalyst are discussed. All these provide the theoretical reference for further research work.
