摘要
利用微波法制备了钙钛矿型复合氧化物载体及钯负载钙钛矿型催化剂,用XRD和SEM对载体及催化剂进行了表征,并将微波法制备的催化剂用于一步氧化羰基化合成碳酸二苯酯(DPC)实验。与沉淀法相比,微波法制备的催化剂具有比较均匀的尺寸和形状,活性组分在载体上的分布较好,催化剂活性较高,碳酸二苯酯的收率接近7%。
The perovskite-type metal oxides supports and the corresponding supported Pd catalyst were prepared by microwave,and characterized by XRD,SEM and used in the direct synthesis of diphenyl carbonate (DPC). Compared with the catalyst prepared by precipitation, the catalyst prepared by microwave shows more homogenous distribution in particle and pore size and better catalytic activity with the yield of DPC of about 7%.
