摘要
采用传统的设计方法,存在计算精度低、难以找到最优解等问题,本文在满足传动能力要求的前提下,以带轮体积最小为优化目标,建立了V带传动的优化设计数学模型,运用基于遗传算法及MATLAB工具箱进行V带优化设计,由于遗传算法具有全局搜索的能力,进行启发式搜索和精度均较高,因此在得到具有可靠的全局最优解的V带传动结构的同时,使求解过程得到简化,提高了设计效率。.
The traditional method has disadvantage of low calculation precision and it is difficult to find the optimal solution.in this paper, using the V-belt's minimum volume optimization methods established target function, Establishment the V-belt's optimization design mathematical model, Adopts the genetic algorithm(GA ) principle and uses the GA toolbox of MATLAB to make optimal design for V-belt and the optimization process is simplified and global optimum is acquired reliably. Improve the designing efficiency.
