摘要 本文主要研究了先农10号、20号、40号三个水稻品种的种子萌发以及种苗部分生理指标的变化。实验结果表明,三种水稻品种的发芽势和发芽率主要取决于自养条件,受铜影响不大。铜胁迫条件下会对种苗生物量、株高、叶绿素、蛋白质、根系活力以及根伸长等产生抑制作用。铜浓度越高,抑制作用越强。当铜浓度为10mg/L时,水稻幼苗的叶绿素和蛋白质含量受到抑制,差异极显著(P?0.01),根活力显著下降(P?0.05)。在以生物量和株高作为评价指标时,不同品种的种苗生长情况存在一定的差异。因此不能简单将某一品种的试验结果直接应用到其他品种。 The experiment is conducted on the germination and some physiological indices of three breeds of rice seed named Xiannong NO. 10, Xiannong NO. 20 and Xiannong NO. 40 under the stress of copper. The results indicate that there is no significant discrepancy in germinability and germination percentage of the three breeds, because their germination mainly depends on self - nutrition. The rice seedling growth including the content of chlorophyll, protein, root vitality, biomass, plant height and root elongation, is restrained under the stress of copper concentration, the higher concentration, the more restraint action. The content of chlorophyll and protein as well as root vitality is restrained by 10mg/L copper, and the significance level is 0.01 and 0.05 respectively. There are obvious differences among the three breeds of the seedling growth, taking biomass and plant height as evaluation index. So the experiment result of the specific breed can not be applied to the other breeds directly.
