摘要
针对密封铅酸蓄电池的正极极柱腐蚀问题,分析了构成腐蚀的各种因素,认为电池正极极柱在一种或多种腐蚀因素存在的条件下,成为电池充电时的阳极或成为电池存放时正极极柱与正极活性物质构成的腐蚀电池的负极而腐蚀。据此设计出能使正极极柱产生强腐蚀的腐蚀体系,用该体系对以脂肪胺和芳香胺作固化剂的二种不同类型的密封胶进行了强腐蚀实验,表明以脂肪胺作固化剂的密封胶对正极极柱有强的腐蚀作用,而以芳香胺作固化剂的密封胶对正极极柱不产生任何影响。
In practice it was always found that the life of a sealed lead-acid battery was very short due to the corrosion of positive pole in the battery. All the factors that might cause the corrosion were discussed. It was believed that in the presence of one or more corrosion factors,the corrosion of positive pole would appear as an anode when the battery was charged,or as a negative of a corrosion cell formed by the positive pole and the positive active material when the battery was not in use. A system in which a positive pole could be in the condition of strong corrosion was designed and used to determine whether a sealing adhesive was corrosive to the positive pole of sealed lead-acid battery. Results showed that the adhesive with aliphatic amine as a solidifying component was corrosive to the pole and the adhesive with aromatic amine as a solidifying component was not. The aliphatic amine caused the corrosion of the positve pole of sealed lead-acid battery.
