摘要
本文就ABS(丙烯腊─丁二烯─苯乙烯共聚物)塑料及其它苯乙烯型塑料为楷盖的密封铅蓄电池用粘合剂进行了研制试验,提出了适用于这种电池槽盖封合及极柱灌注的树脂、固化剂、稀释剂、填加剂等,着重探讨了以环氧树脂为主体的室温固化的粘合剂,给出了不同固化剂和在不同使用温度下粘合剂的粘接强度、固化时间、温度变化、耐酸性、耐久性、收缩性、工艺性等。通过封合GFD-300型蓄电池试验,全面考核了密封铅蓄电池对粘合剂的性能要求,给出了较理想的密封铅蓄电池用粘合剂。
An adhesive for sealing styrene resin battery cases was introduced. The adhesive cured at room temperature with epoxy resin was especialy developed. Experiment results showed that this adhesive is of great value in application for sealed lead -acid batteries due to its excellent properties, e. g. high adhesion strength, very low shrinkage, good chemical resistance, eletrical and physical properties, supirior heat resistance and pot life as well.
