摘要
本文论述了信息意识和信息能力的内涵和主要特征,阐述了信息意识和信息能力的重要性,分析了我国大学生信息意识和信息能力的现状及产生原因,提出了培养大学生信息意识和信息能力的途径和措施。
This article discussed the meaning and main characters of the ability and consciousness of information It expatiated on the importance of them and analyzed the ability and consciousness of information of the college students. It also put forward the ways and measures which will train the ability and consciousness of information of the college students.
