摘要
运用数理统计原理,讨论了人居环境质量评价模型与指标计算方法,包括质量指数法、模糊综合评价法和层次分析法。通过比较分析其特点与适用性,得出结论:层次分析法因其科学、严谨而应当作为首选的评价方法。由于无量纲化处理和指标权值是评价过程的重要内容,因此提出了数据无量纲化处理和确定指标权重的简便方法。研究目的在于为评价小城镇人居环境质量提供简便、合理、可行的方法。
The paper discusses the evaluation model and calculating method of environmental conditions for human settlements by applying the principle of mathematical statistics, including the quality index method, fuzzy synthetic evaluation method and analytical hierarchy process (AHP). By comparing and analyzing their characteristics and applicability, the conclusion is that the AHP should be the first method to be chosen because of its scientific and rigorous characteristics. Because both the dimensionless processing of data and the determination of weight values for indexes are important content of evaluation process, the authors also propose a simple and convenient method to solve them. Purpose of the research is to offer a simple, convenient, reasonable and feasible method to evaluate the environmental conditions for human settlements.
