从“行动研究”到“行动教育”——英语教师教育和课堂改革的范式创新 被引量:36

From "Action Research" to "Action Education"——Innovative Paradigms of English Teacher Education and Classroom Reforming

摘要 “行动研究”(ActionResearch)是近年来国外发展起来的一种教学理论研究方法。它既是教师教育发展的有效方法之一,又是在职教师自我完善的捷径。但是,“行动教育”是国内学者提出的一种教师在职教育的行动性理论。“行动研究”是一种以行动改变为主要目标的研究方法。“行动教育”是以课例为载体、在教学行动中开展包括专业理论学习在内的教师教育。当然,两者也有共同的特质、目标与意义。文章比较了这两种促进教师专业发展的创新范式。 Action Research is a new research method of educational theory developed recently in the west. It is one of the effective means in promoting teacher's professional development and one of the shortcuts for teachers to perfect themselves. In contrast, Action Education is an action theory advanced by domestic scholars for teacher's professional development. Action Research is concerned with trying to bring about changes in classroom practices ,while Action Education regards model lessons as its research carrier and advocates conducting teacher education in teaching practice, involving the learning of specialized theories. Of course, Action Research and Action Education have something in common in terms of objectives, characteristics and significance. Accordingly,the author in this paper,makes a comparative study of the above two innovative theories that can effectively promote teacher's professional development.
