摘要
主要介绍果胶酶在制浆造纸中的应用情况。重点介绍果胶酶用于韧皮纤维原料制浆的研究进展。还从果胶酶处理DCS物质的机理出发,着重介绍果胶酶处理DCS物质的优势及目前的研究状况。
The applications of pectinase in pulp and paper industry are reviewed in this paper.The research situation of applications of pectinase on bio-pulping of bast fiber material are introduced. The fact that pectinase can deal with DCS substances is emphasized. And the action mechanism and the research situation of it is also included.
