摘要
设计了一台输出功率为8.5kW的大功率整流装置。该装置前级采用基于自耦变压器的12脉波整流电路,后级采用基于智能控制和前馈控制相结合的移相全桥直流变换器。给出了装置的主电路设计方法以及控制算法,实验结果表明,所设计的装置直流输出电压纹波小、动态响应快、性能优越,具有一定的工程实际意义。
A high-power rectifier(8.5 kW) is designed in this paper.The 12-pulse converter based on delta-type autotransformer is adopted in the former stage, and a phase-shifted full-bridge technology based on intelligent control and feed forward control is adopted in the later stage.The main circuit diagram and its control method are given, and the experimental results verify the feasibility of rectifier.
