Design of Mining Frequency Converter Performance Test System

摘要 为提高250 kW以下矿用变频器性能试验的技术检验水平,在总结实际测试经验并参考同类测试系统的基础上,开发设计了一种新型矿用变频器性能测试系统。其核心部件是由两台直流调速器串联而成的12脉波直流加载装置。重点介绍该系统的组成以及技术关键。该系统通过两年多的实际运行,取得了良好的效果。 To improve the technical inspection level of mining converter less than 250 kW performance test, develops a new mining converter performance test system on the basis of summarizes test experience and refers the similar test system. The system' s core components are made up of 12-pulse wave DC loading devices of two DC speed regulators in series. Details introduces the system' s component and key technologies. This system gains good effect by two years operation.
