摘要
[目的]了解不同性别、不同地域以及城乡之间人体蠕形螨感染情况。[方法]透明胶带粘贴法,问卷调查。[结果]2984名入学新生感染率为33.41%,其中男生感染率为34.64%,女生感染率31.62%,农村感染率34.48%,城镇感染率32.76%,东北部地区学生感染率28.53%;华北地区学生感染率41.11%;东部地区学生感染率27.75%;南部地区学生感染率24.12%;西北地区学生感染率38.57%;西南地区学生感染率25.20%。[结论]河北工程大学入学新生男女、城乡之间蠕形螨感染率无统计学差异,西北、华北地区感染率高于其他地区,与西北、东部、南部、西南地区感染率均有统计学差异,其他地区间差异无统计学意义。
[ Objective] To investigate the infection status of demodex in different gender, areas, rural and urban. [ Methods ] Transparent adhesive tape and questionnaires were performed to investigate the infection status. [ Results ] The infection rate of demodex for 2984 freshmen was 33.4%, and the rates for male freshmen, female freshmen, rural freshmen and urban freshmen were 33.64%, 31.62%, 32.76% and 34.48%, respectively. Rates for freshmen in northeast, north, east, south, northwest and southwest China were 28.53%. 41.11%, 27.75%. 24.12%. 38.57% and 25.20%, respectively. [Conclusion] Significant difference did not found between the infection rates of demodex for male and female freshmen, The infection rates for freshmen in northwest and northern China were higher than those in other areas, which had significant difference when compared with the infection rates for freshmen in northwest, east, south and southwest China, while no significant difference showed in comparison with other areas.
