摘要
目的:探讨过氧化氢(H2O2)对EDHF介导的血管运动的影响。方法:采用器官槽法测定猪冠状动脉环张力,消炎痛及N-硝基-L-精氨酸水浴30min后,用前列腺素F2α预收缩血管,检测不同浓度(10^-10~10^-5moL/L)的乙酰胆碱诱导的EDHF介导的舒血管反应,并观察过氧化氢酶对其影响;去除内皮细胞,观察H:O:对血管活性的影响。结果:直接加入外源性H2O2可引起去除内皮后血管的剂量依赖性舒血管反应,过氧化氢酶可抑制乙酰胆碱引起的EDHF介导的舒血管反应。结论:H2O2可能具有类似EDHF的作用。
Objective:To study the effect of hydrogen dioxide on the EDHF-mediated relaxation. Method:The tone of porcine coronary tings were measured by organ chamber experiments. After 30 min incubated with N^ω-nitro-L-arginine and indomethaein, precontraeted with prostaglandin F2α, the EDHF - mediated relaxation induced by aeetyleholine ( 10^10~ 10^- 5 mol/L) applied was measured, and observe the effect of catalase on the EDHF EDHF-medlated relaxation induced by aeetyleholine. Vasoaetive properties of exogenous H2O2 were examined in endothelium -stripped porcine coronary rings. Result:Catalase markedly inhibited the EDHF-mediated relaxation induced by aeetyleholine, and exogenous H2O2 caused dose-dependently endothelium-independent relaxation. Conclusion: H2O2 may partially mimic the action of EDHF.
