摘要
观察不同浓度铜银离子或游离氯在单项或不同组合情况下对水中大肠杆菌、大肠杆菌噬菌体f2及脊髓灰质炎I型病毒(PVI)的杀灭作用。在被微生物污染的水样中加入消毒剂作用30min,测定消毒前后的菌落数,并计算灭活率K值。结果表明,单独用铜或银离子,消毒效果较差,铜银离子协同作用也不理想;当铜银离子和游离氯协同作用时,对大肠杆菌,f2及PVI的灭活率K值分别达到6.8011,4.8064,2.6741;且铜银离子和游离氯协同作用与单独作用之间相差显著(P<0.01)。结果提示,铜银离子和游离氯协同对微生物的灭活效果非常显著。
The efficacy of copper and silver ions or free chlorine was evaluated separately and in some combination on inactivation of coliphage f2、 Escherichia coli and poliovirus type I(PVI) in water. The disinfectants were added to the water polluted by the culture of microorganism. After thirty minutes, the plaques were enumerated(separately)before and after disinfection then the inactivation rates were calculated as log10 reduction(K). Either copper or silver ion had little effect on microorganisms, and also do their combination. The inactivation rate of E. coli, f2 and PVI in the polluted water with copper and silver ions in combination with chlorine had a K value of 6.8011, 4.8064, and 2.6741 respectively. The inactivation rates of microorganisms were significantly greater when compared with the water systems treated by either metals or free chlorine alone. It suggests the synergetic effect of the metals and free chlorine for inactivation of E. coli, coliphage f2 and PVI.
