铜、银离子协同游离氯杀灭水中大肠杆菌及f_2的实验 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察不同浓度的铜、银离子或游离氯在单项或不同组合情况下对水中大肠杆菌及大肠杆菌噬菌体f2的杀灭作用.方法:在被大肠杆菌及f2培养物污染的水样中加入消毒剂作用10min,测定消毒前后的菌落数,并计算灭活率K值(K=-lgNt/No).结果:单独用铜或银离子,消毒效果较差;铜、银离子协同作用也不理想;当铜、银离子与游离氯协同作用时,对大肠杆菌和f2的K值分别达到6.0991,4.0995,且铜、银离子与游离氯协同作用显著优于单独作用(P<0.01).结论:铜、银离子和游离氯对微生物的协同灭活效果非常显著. Objective: The efficacy of copper and silver ions or free chlorine was evaluated separately and in some combination on the inactivation of coliphage f 2 and Escherichia coli in water. Methods: The disinfectants were added to the water polluted by the culture of E. coli and coliphage f 2. After 10 minutes, the plaques were enumerated (separately) before and after disinfection then the inactivation rates were calculated as log 10 reduction. Results: Either copper or silver ions have little effect on microorganisms, and so do their combination. The inactivation rate of E. coli and f 2 in water with copper: silver ions and free chlorine had a 6.0991 log 10 reduction, 4.0995 log 10 reduction, respectively. Significant increases in the inactivation rates of both microorganisms were observed in test systems containing copper and silver with free chlorine when compared with the water systems containing either metals or free chlorine alone. Conclusion: This observation suggests the obvious synergism of the metals and free chlorine for inactivation of E. coli and coliphage f 2.
