摘要
采用肌注庆大霉素（ＧＭ）的同时给药及以大剂量ＧＭ连续注射致聋后给药的方法。结果证实：复聪片及拆方之补肾、益气养血、活血祛瘀药物可明显减轻ＧＭ的耳毒性反应，保护耳蜗听毛细胞，拮抗ＧＭ所致之听阈升高。复聪片及拆方之活血祛瘀药物可促使ＧＭ耳中毒后受损毛细胞形态及功能恢复，有效降低ＧＭ耳中毒豚鼠听阈。
The two directions of Fucong Tablets and its major components were adopted as the flowing ways: one was that the guineas were given drugs when they were given gentamycin(GM) intramuscularly, another was that the guinea pigs were given the drugs when they had been deaf due to higher dose of GM than former. The results indicated that 1> the drugs in Fucong Tablets and its major components,which can tonify the kidney,replenish Qi and blood,and promote blood circulation (PBC) could obviously lower the ototoxic reaction induced by GM, protect cochlea hair-cell, and antagonize the elevation of the auditory brain stem evoked response (ABR) thresholds; 2> the PBC drugs in Fucong tablets and its major components could promote recovery of the morphosis and the function of the impaired hair-cell induced by GM, and effectively lower the ototoxic guinea pigs , ABR thersholds.
