重视临床营养的细节问题 被引量:4

摘要 自20世纪70年代以来,现代营养支持开始应用于临床,患者的营养问题逐步得到解决。外科营养的发展经历了由初期的验证到接受,20世纪80年代被证明有效并临床推广,至进一步发展和完善三个阶段。营养支持的目的,也由单纯提供营养底物,维护患者的氮平衡,发展为维护患者组织、器官的功能和结构,改善免疫功能,促进组织的修复,最终达到利于患者康复的结局。
